Scrapbook and Cards Today: Mini Birthday Hats Tutorial

It features a few key supplies and makes quick work of creating darling birthday hats for your next party. Keep reading for all the instructions. Pin your favorite photos for inspiration later!

How to Create Mini Birthday Hats:

Step 1: Purchase small mini birthday hats from your favorite party supply store. I purchased these from JoAnns party section. Die cut several pinked circles from gold cardstock. Mount pre-made crepe paper circle stickers on each pinked circle.

Step 2: Die cut several leaves from white cardstock and mount on the gold pinked circles, just behind the crepe paper stickers.

Step 3: Glue the embellishment to the front of each mini birthday hat.

Step 4: Glue a pom pop to the top of each mini birthday hat.
