"Shine" Black Floral Card

For this week's "Jen's Card," I really wanted to show how this "Snow Fun" stamp can also work as the very on-trend "Dalmation" polka dot pattern I'm seeing everywhere in home decor. This might be my most favorite pattern right now. I love how up-scale it seems. Many of the products shown in this post were generously donated by Echo Park Paper, a paper company that I work for. All this month, I've been sharing ways you can use some of my favorite dies and stamps together to create AMAZING cards. I hope you're enjoying the inspiration!

To create this card, I inked the "Snow Fun" stamp with black stamping ink and stamped onto smooth, white cardstock. Then I used Versamark ink to stamp the "Cabana Stripe" stamp onto fuchsia cardstock. I cut the fuchsia cardstock across the diagonal and built the card from there. For something different I cut out black flowers and used two shades of teal/aqua paper for the leaves. The title is cut from gold, sparkle cardstock, which gives this card the perfect amount of shine.
