Spellbinders: Jane Davenport Dies and Stamps

This post was generously sponsored with stamps from Spellbinders. All opinions expressed herein are mine.

Do you follow the incredibly artistic Jane Davenport? She creates beautiful art journals and has been brought on by Spellbinders to create several sets of dies and stamps. I got the opportunity to play with a few of her new products, and I had so much fun! The first card I created used the wooden face stamps Jane designed. They are about .75" tall and I knew I wanted a tropical feeling, color blocked card. Here's the finished project:

You could also use these stamps to color in the faces. That would be so cathartic coloring in each face. For my second project, I used an awesome die set to create this cool face. I also used the Pastels from Spellbinders to color in her eyes, her hair, her cheeks and her lips. I used a Q-tip, but you could use any tool you prefer to do this technique. The die comes with several elements like flowers, a neck scarf, and a collared shirt you can add to the die shape. I thought I would keep with the color blocking theme for the background of this card.
