I am loving the look of layered stamps on cards, tags, and scrapbooking products; but I wanted to give layered stamping a try on colored paper. Here's some additional photos of the tags on black and white mini gift bags. I added some tassels from Paper Studio from Hobby Lobby. I love adding textured tassels to things. Gives it some style and drama.
