How to Stamp a Mermaid Card:
Step 1: Stamp the Mermaid image with Memento Black Tuxedo ink onto Neenah Cardstock. Use the following Copic markers to color in the image: E00, #11, R01, RV55, RV66, BG72, BG75, R05, R08. Then fussy cut the image.
Step 2: Use the Tuxedo Black ink to stamp the phrase onto teal cardstock.
Step 3: Use Black Versafine ink to stamp the starfish stamp onto watercolor paper. Use a paintbrush to add a light teal wash to the watercolor paper. Cut into a strip of paper.
Step 4: Use white ink to stamp the bubbles onto the card. Add the paper strip. Add three glitter gems to the card.
