For this smaller frame which is made to hold an 8x10" photo inside the mat, I printed the printable at 80%. You can adjust the size of your print as much as you would like by following the instructions for your printer (or ask your local copy store to help you resize the print).
Then I taped it to the back of the frame. (Make sure the tape doesn't show through on the front.) Adjust the centering and then reassemble the frame.
