I was very excited to be asked to participate again in this issue of the Scrapbooking & Cards Today Magazine:
This time I was asked to use certain supplies to create a double-page layout. It was challenging! It took several times to get this layout just right, but I'm happy with the way it turned out. Here's a little peek at my layout:
You can see that I die cut flowers from the cardstock and then sprayed them with water and crumpled them for a fun, dimensional item on my layout. If you want to see the entire layout, be sure to download a copy for yourself. There are additional designers who worked with this same to give you more ideas on how to use these products.
You can download the issue HERE so be sure to check out all the fabulous articles, ideas, and tips this issue has to share!
Your LO is lovely Jennifer! I am shocked that you had trouble with your LO as you always make it look so EASY on your videos and even looking at the LO it's so lovely I would have never guessed it gave you any trouble! TFS that... I often watch your videos and think Sheesh! I wish it would come that easy for me to do a page!! :D
ReplyDeleteOh if you ONLY knew how many times I just want to give up. LOL! Thanks, though. :)
DeleteI have the hard copy right here in my little hands. :) I love your page!!! Lot of dimension in your flowers with crumpling them then wetting them like that. Had you not said anything, I would have never guessed you had a hard time with your project. It turned out great.
ReplyDeleteMichelle, sometimes I think it's good we know that other designers struggle. I do ALL the time. :)
DeleteThanks for keeping it real, Jen! Love the layout. But then again, I always find inspiration in your pages!
ReplyDeleteOh it's VERY real around these parts. :)
