Welcome back to this weekly video series. If you've missed any of the videos, be sure to search my blog for "Memories Made" to find the other 10 project and start-to-finish videos. Or subscribe to my Youtube channel HERE for all my videos. You don't want to miss out!
This week's photo: An overly saturated photo of my daughter
This layout doesn't have a lot of journaling. Rather it focuses on one photo. This photo was originally really saturated and overexposed so I opened it up in Photoshop and toned down the colors a bit to match the washed-out look of some of the patterned papers. This helps it match the colors I've selected for this layout.
Here is the layout I created using the new photo:
This week's technique: Using Supplies More Than Once
Last week I used many of these same items to create a layout. You can find that project HERE. Today I had some of those same items still on my desk, so I created a feminine focused layout. You can see how similar items can translate in new ways just by using them differently or with a new color scheme.
Here is a close-up photo of this layout:
You can watch the helpful, start-to-finish video tutorial HERE on my Youtube channel or below to learn how I incorporated these supplies into my layout:
Below I've suggested the products you might consider when creating a similar layout (including the products used on this layout). If an item is out of stock, be sure to search for similar items by using words like "mini album" or "die cut shapes" to help you find exactly what you're looking for.
