Color Focus: Orange (2Peas Project)

This month each of the Garden Girls was assigned a color (or color scheme) on which to focus. I asked for something BOLD and received orange. I have to tell you that I was pretty excited. I love working with orange. It's a hot color that looks great with black and white photos, fall, kids in denim, and so much more.

Right now orange is a super hot color. You'll find it in shades of coral, pumpkin, gold, and soft peach. From everything home decor to even on our scrapbooking projects, orange is a great color to work with.

Here is the layout I created, which isn't quite monochromatic (a single color), but pretty close:

For this layout, I added orange in the following ways: 1) Patterned Paper, 2) Gold Misted Butterflies, 3) Stickpins, 4) Stamping, 5) Title Sticker, 6) Gold Washi Tape, 7) Gold Vellum, 8) Buttons, 10) Pearl Stickers, 11) Orange Baker's Twine, and 12) Gold Glitter Tag.
