One request we get a lot at 2Peas is for two page layouts. Are you a double or single page designer? Me? I'm typically a single page designer, but sometimes I want my story to stretch across two pages. So I challenged myself to create a double-page spread for one of my monthly "seeds" at 2Peas. I really love the grey, teal, and red found in this Pebbles collection, as it pops off the page, especially with black and white photos.
Here is a close-up photo of the page:
You can find additional photos of this project HERE at 2Peas (including each page separately). Below I've included the product suggestions for recreating this double-page spread. One new product I tried this time were the pennants from October Afternoon. I've suggested a few pennants/banners for you to try below.

What a great layout Jen. I love the colors you used. The grey with the brights is just perfect. The banner is such a happy addition. Awesome!
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love this page!
ReplyDeleteFor a very long time I was only a double page scrapper but for the last few years I stick to single pages but now and again I like to throw in a double :)
ReplyDeleteDouble pages are such a different challenge! Thanks for sharing this and I love that Pebbles line too!
ReplyDeleteLOVE when you share double pages. I mainly do doubles in my scrapping. Probably because 1. I have too much to say and 2. I have too many papers that I want to include...ha!
ReplyDeleteNow- that my hard drive is back and running I hope to FINALLY get caught up on your blog. Which you know I love...lol.
Have a GREAT and BLESSED day!
Smiles from PA!
Every once in awhile I'm the same way and just can't capture it in one page. I find birthdays and vacations are definitely in that category! Love how you isolated the grey, blue and red from this line--It's a great layout and your photos totally pop! :)
