2Peas Project: 15--Challenge!

If you have a teenager, then you know what I'm talking about when I say eye rolling and deep sighs. You also know about late nights, texting, and things associated with teenagers. I am really lucky. My teenage daughter is a joy. I'm serious. She is the sweetest girl, and we're blessed to have her. So this layout is TOTALLY tongue in cheek, but I couldn't resist:

For the title, I cut the number "15" from my Silhouette machine using a block font. Then I temporarily mounted the numbers on white cardstock and spritzed them with blue mist. I removed the numbers and let the paper dry. I punched out the final piece with a circle punch and placed it inside the circles, which I cut with the Silhouette machine. Here is a close-up of the layout:
