3 Ideas for Layering Items on Wreaths

Wreaths are a great starting point for a home decor craft. But sometimes you need a little extra something on top of your wreath to personalize it for your home. I wanted to share three ideas for items you can layer on wreaths for beautiful home decorations and DIY projects. The first project features an enamel "Home Sweet" home on a moss-covered wreath. I simply hung the wreath and the sign from a nail on the Jillibean Soup Shiplap frame.

For this project, I nailed an Eucalpytus wreath to the front of a Jillibean Soup plank. I hot glued a red metal star with a ribbon to the center of the wreath. Then I glued the wooden "home" script word to the bottom part of the wreath.

For this project, I hung the wreath from a Jillibean Soup vintage window. A galvanized star shines in the center of the wreath.
