5 Amazing Things You Can Do with a Misti

I have been wanting to get a stamping tool for a while now, and last year I was generously sent one from My Sweet Petunia. I was anxious to see just how amazing this tool was and if it would truly live up to all the hype. Well, it does. There I said it! It truly rocked my world and helped me take my stamping to the next level. Why? Let me tell you five amazing things you can do with a Misti:

1. Repetitive Stamping: Want to stamp the same sentiment multiple times in a row and ensure you get straight rows each time? The Misti's grid allows you to easily stamp the same image over and over again in a line.

2. Layered Stamp Images: So many companies are offering layered stamp images these days. Want perfect alignment each time? Use the Misti to make sure you get each layer perfect. Simply stamp the first image, and then carefully place the second layer on the image next, then use the Misti platform to pick up the stamp. Keep going with each layer until you get your image exactly how you want it.

3. New Stamps: Sometimes new stamps take some time to get a clean image. No worries! Simply keep the card or tag in the same spot with the magnets that come with the Misti. Then stamp as many times as you need to get a clean image. With time your stamps will need to do this less often, but even if you get an uneven stamp for any other reason, the Misti fixes this every time.

4. Masking: Because the Misti uses powerful magnets to hold your foundational paper in place, you can easily mask any project. For this card, I could easily stamp the first image and then add additional images around it by using typical masking techniques (Stamp the image on a post-it note. Fussy cut around the stamped image making sure the sticky part of the post-it note is on the back of your image in some place. Mount the post-it image onto the surface. Stamp the second image on top of the post-it note, overlapping as desired. Then lift up the post-it note to discover two layered images.)

5. Stamp Multiple Images all at Once: In a hurry? You can load up your paper with as many images as you'd like. I LOVE this feature because I can place as many stamps as I want onto my paper and then pick them up with the platform. Ink all the images up and then stamp them. If for any reason any of the images, don't stamp cleanly (and mine do most of the time), simply restamp the images while they are still in place.

These are just five of the reasons why I have come to love my Misti. I'll be honest. Before I had this tool I didn't stamp very often. I just couldn't get clean images. It was taking forever. And I was wondering how in the world one tool could really make stamping images easier. But it has! Get yourself this awesome tool. It's worth every penny for how it's changed my stamping game.
