How to Transfer Vinyl to Pumpkins:
Step 1: Select a Silhouette cut file. Size it to fit the pumpkin you are covering. Use the vinyl cut settings to cut out the file from black vinyl (you could also use, gold, orange, copper, silver or any color that matches your home decor). Weed the cut file. You can find the "BOO" word HERE in the Silhouette store.
Step 2: Use transfer tape to transfer the cut file to the pumpkin. Pumpkins aren't smooth so it make take a bit of playing with to get the placement flat. Keep gently working at it until you get the cut file where you want. Use a flat edge tool to transfer the design to the pumpkin.
Step 3: Gently and slowly remove the transfer tape. Use your fingers to smooth down any bumps in the vinyl and to ensure the vinyl is pressed into all the cracks and crevices of the pumpkin. I tried this step with both a smooth pumpkin and a glittered pumpkin and the vinyl goes on smoothly on both surfaces. YAY!
