15 Clean and Amazing Book Series for Middle Reader Boys

I've had a request for some middle reader book suggestions for boys. I would categorize this as readers from 8-11 who can ready about 200 pages, but need the text to be less difficult. These are great transitions into longer novels and will increase their vocabulary, but more importantly hold their interest.

Middle Reader Books for Boys

Below
I've suggested a few series that my son loves. Need a good recommendation besides these? Ask your local librarian to see what series or books have been popular. That is a good indication that it appeals to many readers. My son tends to like adventure and fantasy. But there are so many other genres to choose from. The key is to find books that your son likes: sports, comics, fantasy, non-fiction. I've had two sons with very different tastes and it makes all the difference when you cater to those tastes. Each of their reading skills improved greatly when we found books they loved to read.
