Inspiration Station Sneak Peek: Layered Background Stamped Heart Card

This week for the "Weekly Scrapper" blog, I wanted to show you one way to stretch your background stamps. I really love these types of stamps and collect them whenever I see one I absolutely love. In this tutorial I walk you through how to create the layers on this card.
