I find that I prefer to design by color so I have organized my paper, brads, buttons, and cardstock by color. Other items such as stickers, alphabet stickers, etc. that have multi-colors are simply organized in one container each. If "shopping" your products is taking a long time, perhaps you need to rethink your organizational approach.
