Lessons Learned: Scrapbooking Layout

For this issue of Scrapbook and Cards Today Magazine, I was given the assignment to share a two-page scrapbooking layout that shared a family memory. I really had to think on this one. I was struggling with a story to tell, so I went looking through my photos for something to inspire me. What I found was a collection of photos of my husband doing what he does best: being a dad; and teaching our kids life lessons. I knew that I wanted to share this story on paper. So I printed off some of my favorite photos of him. The journaling in this layout talks about those lessons he has taught our children.

As you think about stories you might not have yet shared, this class might encourage you to share a few new stories that might be missing from your scrapbooking albums. This class focuses on untold stories. The class includes layout ideas, topic suggestions, and several videos that walk you through layout creation start-to-finish.
