Classroom Valentines #2: Valentine Pencil Arrows

Another great idea for Classroom Valentines are Pencil Arrows. Starting with a cut file from Silhouette, simply slip pencils into the "feathers" of the arrow and then add a glue dot to attach the heart shape. I added some additional stamping with the "HELLO" tag but you could write the "to" and "from" on a tag instead. Did you catch the first Classroom Valentine idea I shared HERE? That one focused on mini treat bags.

What I love about this craft, is that it's an easy one for kids. You can cut the file, and they can slip the pencil into the pieces. It only takes a few minutes to get a really darling Valentine their classmates are sure to love!

Look for different types of pencils including Valentine designs during these season. Then use cardstock in colors that coordinate with your pencil design. You could do blue ones for boys and pink ones for girls or mix it up. Go a step further and print the "from" on tags to make assembly go even more quickly.

I used this cut file HERE from Silhouette to create these arrow. Just them exactly at the size suggested so your pencil will slide into the design perfectly. Any smaller and it's too tight to fit.
