I've been wanting to make a fall card for so long now, so I pulled out some of my favorite Spellbinder dies and got to work. I love the delicate and intricate designs from Spellbinders. They look so lovely layered on a card. You can read the full tutorial on how I created this "Shine" Autumn card below. Keep reading for the step-by-step instructions and to shop the supply list. You may already have several of these items on hadn.
Spellbinders "Shine" Autumn Card Tutorial:
Step 1: Die cut several leaves from purple, orange, and yellow cardstock.
Step 2: Use stamping ink and a sponge blender to highlight the yellow and orange leaf die cuts.
Step 3: Die cut the background image from dark brown cardstock and mount on a pre-made teal card.
Step 4: Die cut a circle from kraft cardstock and stamp a sentiment on it with clear Versamark Ink. Emboss the image with gold embossing powder.
Step 5: Assemble the card.
This card includes lots of die cutting. If you're looking for beautiful, layered die cuts, I highly suggest trying the Spellbinders dies. I also used their Platinum die cut machine to cut out these shapes. Their entire system works beautifully together. I'm really grateful that they gave me the opportunity to try the machine and the dies. Spellbinders also carries several beautiful stamps.

What a beautiful card Jen! I would never think to mix that shade of blue with the warm autumn colors but they totally work great together!
