How to Create Tropical Gift Bags:
Step 1: Use a digital or manual die cut machine to cut tropical leaf shapes from yellow, teal, and coral colored cardstock. Use the same machine to cut label shapes from black cardstock.
Step 2: Mount the black label on the front of a small gift bag. I used these scallop gift bags from target in tropical colors. You can use whatever gift bag colors you desire, or you can even cut them with your digital die cut machine.
Step 3: Place a gold pinked circle label from Office Depot in the center of the black label and attach the tropical leaf die cuts to the label sticker at an angle. Use contrasting colors of leaf die cuts so they pop off your gift bag.
Step 4: Cut a 1" strip from black and white striped scrapbooking paper. Cut it slightly shorter than the width of your gift bag.
Step 5: Notch each end of the paper strip and wrap white crochet twine around the strip four to five times and tie into a bow. Mount the strip across the bag.
Step 6: Add pop dots to the back of a white, gold rimmed tag and mount in the center of the gold sticker.
Step 7: Add gold sticker phrases to each bag. Find a sticker set with the same words or stickers with different words. These stickers are a Project Life sticker sheet with three different gold phrases. Die cut your own from gold paper if you prefer customizing your phrases for the bags. You could die cut each guest's name for something really special.
