A Change in My Job Title and New Adventures

For the past three years, I've worked as the Marketing Coordinator for Echo Park Paper and Carta Bella Paper. My duties have varied and have included many things, but two things in particular that I was hired to do were manage both companies' design teams and to blog and share their beautiful work.

In those three years, I've been able to get to know so many amazing designers. Because both companies' designers are hand-picked, I feel I had the opportunity to work with the cream of the crop from the industry, especially in terms of talent, creativity, and professionalism. I'm truly thankful for the opportunity to work with both teams and to have had an hands-on relationship with so many great girls.

At this time, the two companies are growing and evolving and my duties are changing as well. In consequence of those new duties and the time involved, we hired the lovely Wendy Sue Anderson to take over the blogs and Design Teams. Wendy Sue is the consummate professional, and has been in the industry for many, many years. I'm excited to see where she takes the blogs and our two fabulous design teams. I know she's going to do amazing things!

As for me? I've been taking on some exciting new responsibilities. One thing I have been working on behind the scenes is consulting on a few new product types for Echo Park and Carta Bella. As an avid stamper and die cutter, I'm thrilled to see these new products make their debut. Here's just a few of my favorites from our latest releases:

In addition to consulting on some product releases, look for additional new things coming from Echo Park and Carta Bella. While my job title as "Marketing Coordinator" still remains, I'm looking forward to some exciting new job duties. It's going to be a fun year!

I want to personally thank all of the women with whom I've had the pleasure of working with over the past three years. They have impressed me with their talents and their ability to work under tight deadlines. They're all just fabulous!
