Make It Meaningful Bonus Projects:
One thing I noticed last year is that I didn't really get enough time to make crafty things. I'm always scrapbooking, and sometimes I get to make a card or two; but I also really love making paper crafted projects. This year, I'm determined to fill my home with lovely new crafts that hold meaning for me. I also want to make a homemade gift or two for my family and friends.
Since this year I'm hosting the "Make It Meaningful" weekly 2Peas video series, I thought from time-to-time that I would share an extra bonus project here on my blog.
What makes these kinds of projects meaningful? The fact that it's made for someone I care about makes it VERY meaningful. Adding a handmade touch also makes a gift more special to the recipient.
To Make This Project:
Supplies:
* Echo Park Paper "Head Over Heels" Collection
* Grey Chevron Gift Bag
* Red and Silver Sequins
* White Doily
* Silhouette Die Cut Machine
* Leaf Die Cut Shape
* Silver Glittered Button
* White Crochet Twine
Instructions:
I cut several banner shapes and stapled them into the filled bag. I decorated the bag with a doily, the circle sticker, and some additional embellishments. This is a quick and easy gift idea, but it looks great when complete.
