CHA 2014 A Recap: Part 2

Today I'm finishing up my CHA 2014 Recap. When I look back through these photos, it's no wonder I felt a little like a deer in the headlights. With all the amazing products at the show, and people I wanted to meet sometimes I wandered up and down the aisles without really "seeing" everything. It can be more than a little overwhelming to take in all the loveliness of the new releases.

To read more about this wild adventure, see the first blog post HERE.

Days 4 through 5 were more of the same: demoing in the booths, meeting up with co-workers, chatting with new and old friends, and checking out all the loveliness from the booths. Here are some of my favorite things I saw at the show.

Lawn Fawn

Jenny Holiday for Melissa Frances

Little B Punches

Queen and Co. Bags, Straws, and etc.

Imaginisce

The Twinery

Dies from Taylored Expressions

Chic Tags

Amy Tangerine Plus One Collection

Maya Road

Pebbles

Pink Paislee

New Stencils (stencils were everywhere)

Day 6 was take down. It took us about two hours to take down the entire booth. I don't think we've ever moved that quickly before. It was a good thing too because that night I presented at "Play" the Big Picture event hosted by Stacy Julian. I was exhausted and ready for bed, but it was fun to see everyone so excited about what the industry introduced at the show. I took about 10 minutes to also film a live segment with Wendy Smedley for those attending the event at home.

 The Echo Park Booth

Saying Good-bye to the Convention Center

Big Picture Classes' "Play" Event Opening Night

Day 7 brought me back home to a very content and happy family. I'm very grateful that my husband is so good with the kids. He's a great dad and is definitely the "fun parent" in our house, but he also always makes sure the house is clean and chores are done. I couldn't ask for a more amazing guy!

It was a fabulous trip, and I made some great contacts and can't wait to share some of my upcoming opportunities. I'm currently busily working on one of those opportunities right now and hope to share the concept soon!

After looking through the photos, do you see anything that you like? What do you "need" to get your hands on? I think my list is even longer than before I went to the show. And my poor little pocket book gave a little sigh when it saw all the happy things I want to buy.
