Product Focus #33: Enamel Dot Scrapbooking Products

From time-to-time I'll focus on a particular paper crafting tool or product type that I'm loving at the moment. I share a few of the products that I love and ways I like to use them in a special blog post, and then I'll share a few samples of how I (or some of my favorite designers) have used them as well.

This week I'm focusing on a product that became popular earlier last year: Enamel Dots. Enamel dots add just a little pop of color to a project. They can be used in place of spray mist dots, or jewels. They come in a variety of styles, colors, and sizes so the possibilities are endless.

Here are a few enamel dots that I think are fun and would look good on any project. You can also search by "ENAMEL DOT" to find additional choices in the 2Peas store:

Here are some samples of how I've used enamel dots on my projects:

Idea #1: Use them in a line from largest to smallest to lead the eye to another part of the layout.

Idea #2: Use them in a cluster.

Idea #3: Use at least two sizes each time.

So have you tried enamel dots yet? What are you waiting for? They are seriously so much fun and add just a touch of smooth texture to your page. They are easy to apply as they are stickers and come in so many colors. You'll soon find yourself addicted to them.

  1. Addicting I tell ya! I enjoy card layouts!

  2. I love enamel dots! They are such a wonderful way to add a touch of color, shine and dimension without being too fancy or feminine! Thanks for sharing all the different kinds. I hadn't realized all the different companies that were making them!
