Oldies but Goodies!

Do you ever look back at your projects and smile a little because the end results make you happy? I certainly do! I love reviewing the memories, the creative process I took, and the ending page that tells the entire story. I thought it would be fun to look back at some of my favorite 2Peas projects that you might have missed seeing the first time. Let's talk a way down memory lane!

I love this layout because I captured my son in his church clothes trying to hide from the camera. I love the black and white photo with the rich color scheme (and that was even before hexagons were a super hot pattern trend in scrapbooking). You can see additional photos of this project and the supply list HERE at 2Peas:

In this double-page spread, I tried a new color scheme and loved the idea of adding purple (a hard color for me to scrapbook) to my layout. I also loved trying the new flag trend (which I've definitely fallen hard for). You can check out the supplies and the additional photos for this project HERE!

I can't believe I'm even saying this, but fall really is just around the corner. And I love this double-page spread of my son enjoying the fall weather. I used punches and hand cut the little elements in the circles (you could also use a die cut machine). You can find the supplies and photos of this project HERE at 2Peas:

I couldn't leave out this little gem of my gorgeous, teenage daughter. I wanted to "hang" photos from the twine so I added punched photos to the strips of twine, which I had wrapped around the paper. This also uses a warm color scheme with one of my favorite techniques: die cut titles. You can see more of this project and the supplies HERE at 2Peas:

If you like these projects, you can see all of my gallery HERE! I post both Garden Girl projects, Memory Keeping Monday videos, challenges, and personal projects in my gallery. You can see my new projects each Monday in the gallery so be sure to check back often!

  1. I did the same thing too recently - went through my albums looking at older layouts and I was so happy that those little stories were recorded :) Great work Jen!
