Some CHA (Craft & Hobby Association) Fun!!

For those of you that don't scrapbook and still read my blog--and why I don't know. ;) Twice a year the Craft & Hobby Association holds a HUGE convention for manufacturers to display their wares. This is for ALL things crafts, and it's a really big deal. So twice a year I'm neck deep in projects for companies I work with to display at the show. The show started yesterday and will go through this week.

In order to attend you have to be a retailer or press (or with a retailer) so not many of us get to go. (I've been once to one in Atlanta for Li'l Davis Designs.)

But there are still many ways to participate and enjoy the show all while enjoying the comforts of home.

* Google "CHA Sneak Peeks" and you'll find several company sneak peeks.

* Check out the Scrapbook Trends Blog (I've loaded up several on there).

* Check out Jamie Sorensen's videos on 2Peas (check out YouTube station).

* Enter a CHA challenge on the GG's blog.

At the very least you can start budgeting for all the great stuff you'll be seeing in stores in the next few months. 2Peas already has Martha Stewart Halloween stuff in the store. (I'm a wee bit excited and several items to my cart already.)

So join in! Have some fun! And win a thing or two.

I'll leave you with a memo board I created for my kitchen with the new "Savor" line from Little Yellow Bicycle.

And here is a Halloween countdown box from Karen Foster Design:
