"The Stamps of Life"

My friend, Stephanie Barnard, who is UBER talented has started designing and selling her own stamps. Her company, "The Stamps of Life" creates beautiful stamps which can be purchased through her website and by joining her stamp club.

This month, I got to play with two sets. The first is a Banner Set, which is a must-have set! (Have you seen banners on everything lately? I love it!!)

This first card is using the banner set as, well, a banner!! This set comes with so many different patterns for the banner you're going to have a hard time choosing a favorite!

Supplies:
* Card (craft supply)
* Cardstock (Bazzill, Provo Craft)
* Pattern paper (KI Memories, My Mind's Eye)
* Stamps (The Stamps of Life)
* Stamping Ink (Stampin' Up)
* Buttons (JoAnn's)
* Pink Gems (Basic Grey)
* Ribbon (American Crafts)
* Twine (craft supply)
* Pop Dots
* Label Punch (McGill)
* Scallop border punch (Fiskars)

After doing a "banner" card, I wanted to play around with the triangles a bit. I thought turned upside down then would make cute party hats so this is my birthday party hat card:

Supplies:
* Card (craft supply)
* Cardstock (Bazzill)
* Pattern paper (SEI, My Little Shoebox, Bo Bunny Press)
* Buttons (American Crafts)
* Twine (craft supply)
* Scallop border punch (Fiskars)
* Stamps (The Stamps of Life)
* Stamping Ink (Stampin' Up)

Another idea I had for this set, was to create a little sailboat from the open triangle design stamp. I punched a hole at the top and bottom of the triangle, added eyelets from my more than ample stash, and the threaded twine through the holes. Think outside the box and have some fun with your stamps!!

Supplies:
* Card (craft supply)
* Cardstock (Bazzill, Provo Craft, Prism)
* Pattern paper (Basic Grey)
* Ribbon (Offray & Sons)
* Eyelets (Making Memories)
* Circle punch--cut in half (McGill)
* Stamps (The Stamps of Life)
* Stamping Ink (Memento, Stampin' Up)
* Craft twine (craft supply)

And for the final sample, are you feeling hungry? I bought these cute cupcakes (mini) and created little flags to pop in them. (They are double sided and would make a great party favor!!)

Supplies:
* Cardstock (Provo Craft)
* Toothpicks
* White craft twine (craft supply)
* Stamps (The Stamps of Life)
* Stamping Ink (Inque Boutique, Stampin' Up, Memento)

And NO, I did NOT eat those cupcakes. Low-carb diet restriction and everything. Let's just say a teensy tiny bit of frosting got on my fingers and I DID lick that off, but then I gave those cupcakes to my kids as fast as possible. If it's not around, I can't crave it! LOL!

Besides this main set, Stephanie releases other stamp sets throughout the month. Be sure to check out her gallery and other stamp sets here!
