Let's do a Giveaway!!!
(and random other things)

Ok, so I promised a giveaway. I have a few extra things in my stash that I would love to give you. I'm going to start with a KI Memories pad (I actually bought the exact same one and then got one from 2Peas) and a Prima frame stamp. Some of the sheets have cool foil details. There are also solid sheets for a total of 18 sheets. The stamp is about 2" wide by 3" tall.

The second giveaway is a bunch of lovely Sassafrass pattern paper sheets and some stickers. Some of these papers are from their latest release and some are their cute Christmas line. Here are just a few things in this giveaway (I'm not sure how many papers and stickers there are, but it's from several different lines):

Leave a comment by Sunday evening at midnight and I will have two winners listed on Monday.

On another note, I have the layout of the day at 2Peas today. You can see the layout above. I can't believe that just a few days ago we were at the park playing bubbles. It was 32 degrees here yesterday and bitter, bitter cold. I used lots and lots of stamping on this one. You know how stamping makes me happy.

I also wanted to mention something that is dear and precious to my heart. My very sweet supporter and friend, Tania Willis is teaching a class on recording memories of loved ones lost. Although I often struggle with recording my own feelings about losing Joseph; I believe it is important to record as many as of our memories as possible so that future generations will know these amazing people. Please see her blog for more details: http://www.throughtrialsiambeingpurified.blogspot.com/.

    Jennifer,
I, too, sometimes find myself with dublicates in my stash. I love the Family Time paper and used the trees to make my Fall cards a few years ago.

  3. Hi Jen, thanks so much for a great giveaway! I always love checking your blog for your latest creations, tips, and inspiration! Also, I enjoy when you mention Joseph. I lost a son as well and although we talk about him everyday have never been able to bring myself to scrapbook about it. Thanks for your candidness and inspiration!

Great goodies there! So generous of you to share Jennifer! I admire your strength and courage that comes through in your layouts and posts about Joey. I can only imagine how difficult his absence is, and how tough it can be to do those layouts. They're all so beautiful and meaningful.

  17. I love the layout. My boys love bubbles also. The weather has been so back and forth here as well, so it is hard to plan a good outside day at the park.
    Have a great day.

  18. Hey Jen,

I know how difficult a month April is for you, my sweet friend. I just wanted to let you know I have not forgotten and am thinking of you as we start into it.

I leave for North Carolina on Wednesday (1st April). I can't wait for the trip, I really need some headspace right about now. This time last year I was about to fly out to Utah. Wish I could meet up with you lovely gals this year too :-(.

  31. You have such cute things in your stash! Love the giveaway items - they're so sweet, and you're going to make two scrappers very, very happy!!

Love the "Bubbles" layout - I have always loved bubbles, and DD does, too. I have some cute photos from a few years ago of DD in the backyard with the bubble wand held over the air conditioning "output vent". She figured out that with all the air blowing out of the vent, she could just hold the bubble wand over it, and have millions of bubbles with very little work on her part. Too funny!

I can't wait until the weather gets a little warmer and we can get outside again and do some "warmer weather" activities again!

Take care, and have a great weekend!

    Lizzy

  39. I guess I am too late for the giveaway, but I just found your blog. I looked you up because of an old Scrapbook Trends I received that had a layout of your son. You've been on my mind ever since. Though I realize it's been about 2 years for your family, your story touched my heart and I have kept you in my prayers!
On the lighter side, I LOVE your style! Thanks for the inspiration!
